Use SchoolDude for any request
that you have relating to maintenance or technology (work
requests), building use (schedule requests), and bus requests
(trip requests).

For a new work order, go to
work requests and fill in the top part.

For a maintenance request,
click on the maintenance help desk and fill in the request.
Please submit a separate work request for each item in your
room, i.e. light not working; spotted a roach, wall has a
hole, etc. They need to be separate, because some items are
not always corrected/repaired in-house.

For computer and related
hardware work orders,
click on the technology help desk and fill in the request.

For computer software
training, click on the technology help desk and select
IT
Problem Type – Training and fill in the request.

For a facilities
reservation, go to schedule request and complete. Do NOT put
anything in the box that says 'Other Needs' at the bottom of
the request.

For trip
requests, please submit at least 2 weeks prior to departure
of your trip.

Several room
names in the Media Center have been changed to better
reflect the actual areas for use in FS Direct. Please note
that we will no longer be using the terms Old JH Library or
Old HS Library. The HS Library is now the southwest
side of the Media Center, and the JH Library is now the
northwest side of the Media Center.
In addition,
Gardner's computer lab is now Room 204, Kelley's computer
lab is now Room 206, the old HS library in the main building
is now Room 110 and Room 111, and the old JH library is now
Room 209.
